Open House at CHAPS, July 9, 2005
"What a way to kick off Rodeo Weekend!" said CHAPS Board of Directors Secretary Del Acker. After a ribbon cutting by the Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce, guests enjoyed a potluck meal and the music of "Down From the Mountain".
