LaRue Young Foundation Donates Scholarships and More to CHAPS
The LaRue Young Foundation of Wyarno, WY has announced that they will sponsor 3 children for 1 year scholarships for therapeutic riding, and has awarded operational funding to pay for the facility lease at 501 US HWY 14 E for one year, as well as additional operational funding.
"Obviously, this represents a great deal of support for the program and our clients," said Sue Suddith, Director. "And it also takes a lot of pressure off of our board and staff. We are delighted to be partners with the LaRue Young Foundation. They have been wonderful to us!"
In recognition of this donation, CHAPS Board of Directors and Staff are excited to announce that the arena will be named after LaRue Young in recognition of his compassionate, charitable pursuits. The LaRue Young Arena will be host to therapy sessions, clinics and other CHAPS events.
